At Primally Pure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your holistic skincare journey. If a product doesn't resonate with your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-sized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original glass packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
